Service Receipt Guide

Eligible entities can request in writing form.

Required Documents
Licensing of evaluators:
1- At least a bachelor's degree in related fields of study according to the relevant instructions
2- At least 28 years of age
3- Muslims or proponent of other religions recognized in the constitutional law.
4- Having a work permit from the competent authorities for foreign nationals
5- Presenting a certificate of no criminal record
6- Presenting a certificate of non-addiction
7- Performing the duty system service or permanent exemption (gentlemen)
8- Presenting two 4 * 3 photos
9- Having at least 3 years of experience in the field of specialized expertise at the discretion of the technical committee
10- Presenting the certificate of completion of the training course for the evaluation from one of the educational institutions approved by the organization
11- Participating in the evaluation and rating operations of at least "five tourism units" as an intern
12- Obtaining the evaluator identification code from the organization
Technical managers:
1- Believer in Islam or other religions that are recognized in the constitutional law.
2- Having at least 30 years of age
3- Having at least a bachelor's degree
4- Having a work permit from the competent authorities for foreign nationals
5- Presenting a certificate of no criminal record
6- Presenting a certificate of non-addiction

10- Presenting the certificate of the end of the training course "Training of Assessor Force"
11- Presenting the certificate of completion of the "Technical Management" training course of the compliance agent
12- Obtaining the approval of the scientific and practical competence of the technical committee
13- Obtaining the identification code of the technical manager of the organization
Implementation plan companies:
1- Submitting a letter of approval from the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of the requested province
2- Completing the application form for the license of the matching agency (page 20 of the rating method)
3- Submitting the company's articles of association
4- Documents related to "lease" or "company location document"
5- Presenting a resume of the company's activities, necessarily on the head of the company

Grading certificate of tourism facilities:

3- Forming the provincial rating commission and reviewing the evaluation report of the tourism unit
